We charge an administration fee of 50% of the average monthly rent plus VAT for each tenancy agreement signed.
In the event that you want changes to a tenancy agreement during its term, or at renewal time you will be charged a fee of €25 + VAT.
If we have to chase you by telephone, email or issue letters for unpaid or overdue rent, non-payment of utility bills such as Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating, Cooling, Common Area fees or unpaid fees to MyHome then a fee of €25 + VAT will be charged to you.
If any charges remain outstanding at the end of the tenancy. MyHome will deduct the amounts due from your deposit.
