Fee transparency
We strive to be transparent and upfront about any possible fees that may be payable, helping our customers to make informed decisions with no last minute surprises. That’s why we ensure that our fees are clearly displayed. You can find our fees on our website or a copy is available from our office.
Complaint resolution
We take every measure to ensure that our customers’ journey is as stress free as possible. In the event that something does go wrong and not to plan, we will put our hands up and admit it. We have a clear complaints procedure to ensure that the issue is resolved.
Strict codes of practice
MyHome is a member of the British Bulgarian Business Association along with the National Association of Real Estate in Bulgaria. We have joined these organisations voluntary in order to ensure our business is operated with best practice at its centre. By doing so we are sure that Landlord, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers will be reassured of how they will be treated and serviced when dealing with us.
